Being ripped off by Virgin Mobile!!!

Attention to all Virgin Mobile Prepaid Customers! If you use the internet over your phone, not only do you pay the usage fee, but you're also paying a .15 cent a day charge when you're NOT using it! It's called a Wap access fee, and NOWHERE in any contract or booklet that comes with the phone does it mention this fee! It does not mention it when you pay for internet usage on your phone either! It does explain the charge on the website after about 10 page transitions, but it does not state this information when you pay the monthly usage charge. So in all actuallity, you're paying nearly $10 a month for the use of the internet on the phone. This is theft by deception, or false advertising! Please look into this, as I will be contacting an attorney to see about filing a class action lawsuit against Virgin Mobile. Think about it, .15 cents a day, multiplied by millions of unknowing customers paying this fee automatically. They are making millions of dollars off of unsuspecting customers. That's the bottomline.
